D406B Notam 8 May

All I wanted to do was point out that the Notam for D406B 8 May is shown as being 89.9 nm from Sutton Bank bearing 089 True, which is the reciprocal  of it's correct bearing from SB, and I was wondering how this came about i.e. is it due to a program error, an input error or my mis-interpretation?

The Q-line is missing from the current set of PIBs. This means that everything is a mess -  not just that one.

Edit: The Q-line is back. Seems it was a temporary glitch. Unfortunately, the NOTAM referencing D406B has gone, so I can't check if the problem was caused by that.
