TP task 2010

Hi, I've updated TPselect to 2010 TP list, but TPTask shows no current updates. It lists the database date as 20-mar-2009 and amendment level 14 and containing 1141 tp's. TP select shows 30-mar-2010, amendment level 14 and 1196 tp's.

Ooops. I usually get a reminder when the TP file is updated. It didn't happen this time, so I will sort this out. Thanks.

PS: There is some confusion over amendment level numbers which I am currently sorting out with Tim Newport-Peace. Once that's done, the files will be updated (both for TpTask and Spine - TN-P looks after TpSelect now, which is why that got updated and not the others).

There was a general problem caused by introducing 4-character TP names by the first update to the 2010 turning point list, so there has been a second update.
