I've just been looking at the UK web site for Notams and comparing one of them against the TNP file generated by Spine. There is a PJE at Little Rissington, the web site puts it at 51 51 50 N 001 41 28 W. Spine is producing a file where the seconds have been rounded off (51 52 00 N 001 41 00 W). Given that some references are now being given to 1 decimal place in the seconds field, I'd prefer to not have the seconds rounded off the references.
