Hi I am not familiar with the Peschges VP7. There are two Peschges formats supported by TpSelect. If you select Peschges VP7 format in the box then click on "Save turnpoints...", you will get a file that starts off something like this:

These files are in the correct format for downloading to these GPS's. I'm not sure which (if either) is the correct format for yours.
The
Worldwide Soaring Turnpoint Exchange where I get the information for the formats, only has files for the VP6 and VP9, not the VP7. Perhaps you can ask in
http://uras.gliderpilot.net/ for more information on this.
In any case, you should have a program with your flight computer which enables you to input files in one of these formats for subsequent downloading.
